Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

When I launch Evolution 2.31 all I get is email. I can connect to my
exchange server and see the email and even subscribe to public folders.
But there is nothing in the interface that allows me to have, see, or
attach to, any calendar..it is as if there is no calendar facility at
all. Also cannot see any contacts from exchange server.
