I have this problem too on my HP Mini 110. Here are some more facts about it.
1. The problem only occurs when Compiz is used; everything is fine without enabling Compiz. 2. There is no problem until you enter the calendar mode. From then until you exit the application, it exhibits the "crazy" motion of the title. 3. The crazy motion is that every time there is a mouse click anywhere in the window, the window jumps to a different position and size. Actually it toggles between two different ones on successive mouse clicks. 4. Wherever the mouse is when the window finishes sliding under it is the place where the release of the mouse causes action; thus clever choice of where to click can cause a deliberate action. 5. Pressing Alt-F10 (maximize) freezes the window in one of its strange positions. You can kind of use the application in this position, but the title bar and menu bar are off the top of the window. 6. Kill the application in any convenient way and restart it: you will be back to normal until you go to the calendar again. I hope this helps to find the problem. With more people using compiz in Natty, this will probably start to annoy lots of people. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/708094 Title: Selecting Calendar button window size goes crazy (don't maximize, don't restore, etc) -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
