Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: file-roller

Cannot open any of my files. Archive Manager comes up and gives error in
popup window: COULD NOT CREATE THE ARCHIVE: Archive Type not supported.
Result: I cannot open any of my files by clicking on "Places" and then
going to the file. However, File Manager shows all the files and they do
open. But I cannot save any documents/pictures the normal way.
