Binary package hint: language-pack-gnome-pt-base

The time format shown at the login screen for locale pt-PT is wrong. It
should show a 24-hour format instead of a 12-hour format. The Gnome
Clock applet shows the correct format after login. A patch is submitted
which uses the 24-hour format for this locale (pt) in package language-
pack-gnome-pt-base.

1) Output of 'lsb_release -rd':
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04

2) Output of 'apt-cache policy gdm language-pack-gnome-pt-base':
