Why is the status of this bug Opinion? Typically, Opinion would not be the status of any bug that produces crashes. Considering the events surrounding its status becoming Opinion, it seems to me that its status should instead have been changed to Incomplete. Now that the requested information has been provided, perhaps the status should go back to New.
