Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
A few months ago David Tombs recommended (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/devicekit- power/+bug/425411/comments/150) I file a new bug against gnome-power- manager on this issue. It doesn't seem to be related to bug 425411 as power state changes are arbitrary: Suspend (on AC or battery), leave suspended for a while (several hours), resume, and about once every 4 or 5 times it will automatically suspend again. I always suspend via laptop lid close or idle time (10 min battery, 30 min AC).
