Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I have a lot of cd from not famous artist, and I want to add them to musicbrainz. When I add a cd for a first time, it ask me if I want to submit. If I say yes, everything is great, except that rythmbox didn't send to musicbrainz all of the information I already added about the cd (artist name, disc, tracks...), but that's not TOO bad, because now I know I should first add it to music brainz, then remove the cd, enter it again, this way rythmbox will search for the cd in the database. The real problem is: If I add a second cd it doesn't know, it doesn't ask me anymore if I want to put information on musicbrainz, even if I close and open rythmbox again. I have to restart computer. I guess there is something really wrong here. I use Ubuntu 10.10 and rhythmbox 0.13.1-0ubuntu6 Cordially, Arthur ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: rhythmbox 0.13.1-0ubuntu6 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-24.42-generic 2.6.35.8 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-24-generic i686 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Jan 7 10:07:57 2011 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/rhythmbox ProcEnviron: SHELL=/bin/bash PATH=(custom, user) LANG=fr_FR.utf8 SourcePackage: rhythmbox ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 maverick ubuntu-une -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/699755 Title: I can't add second cd to musicbrainz -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
