I think MAYBE this bug affects me. I have natty 64 studio, installed from the 19-Dec daily build. I tried to compile 64-bit wine from git, install and run a simple program (notepad) but cannot. I know it is because the permissions are wrong. I tried to install 64-bit libreoffice and run it. Installation works, but then I can't run it unless I activate it as root, from a root terminal. However, for me this problem developed more recently than the date this bug was filed.
