Currently I have xulrunner 1.9.2.13+build3+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1 When I was having the problem before the upgrade, yelp was trying to open "/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9.1.15/libxpcom.so" which was not the version that I had installed at the time. At the time I had version 1.9.2.12 installed.
