Patch for xchat-gnome to use append.

Question though for notify-osd developers: Is there any scenario where
appending ISN'T the right behavior? Is it a common case?

Since the normal behavior of upstream's notification-daemon is to add
another notification for each notification, it seems that appending as
the default would be the closest to "normal" behavior. In the odd case
where one wouldn't want append, maybe an opt-out hint ("x-canonical-no-
append"?) could be specified.
