After boot, time to time, i have same message (DISK IS BEING USED OUTSIDE DESIGN PARAMETERS) on my SSD Corsair F40. Disk is new & attached to my box only for testing purposes. Now it have one LVM partition w/o any logical volumes. After one or two hours of uptime warning disappears and disk status is OK. Also I have another SSD in my box for system partitions: Corsair V64, I'v never seen this warning message for it.
