How to test it:
Move or add a new clock in the bottom panel, and click it, add some locations
and let it display weather, then click it again, now expand the locations
section and see how the window moves up, then click the applet to make it
disappears, click the applet again and see how the window move too up and
disappears from the screen is small devices like netbooks.
