Public bug reported: 1366 X768 is the (max/native)resolution on my new laptop. and evolution cannot resize the preferences window and what is worst, when i maximize the window anytime i will click on the window it will not let me select anything,it will instead just shift up and down disabling me to select anything even the unmaximize button,my only resort is to unmaximize from the contextual menu at the bottom toolbar. trying to resize it really doesn't work,it sizes up but it doesn't resize to a smaller window.
it always cuts a few pixels over the close button, which is kind of annoying.. i've seen this same issue while searching, prior to creating this bug report. and the other case i've seen was because of a 6.10 config with a 800X600 resolution. (i'm refering to Question #5684) this case is somewhat different, the resolution should be big enough (isn't it ?) and i have the issue on 10.10 X64. ask questions merrily,i'll answer them when i see them :) thanks! ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- evolution preferences window larger than screen resolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/674818 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
