Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

After choosing in context menu the "Move to Deleted items" on a file it
doesn't delete and just stick a "red circle with white rectangle on it"
symbol on the left of this file's row. Locating this file shows that
it's okay. Deleted from Nautilus.
