Public bug reported: Binary package hint: brasero
Ubuntu Release : Description: Ubuntu 10.10 Release: 10.10 Brasero Version : brasero: Installed: 2.32.0-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 2.32.0-0ubuntu2 Version table: *** 2.32.0-0ubuntu2 0 500 http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick/main i386 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status When I try to burn a video project brasero closes unexpectedly. I tried burning other projects(Data Project, Audio Project, CD/DVD Copy), everything works fine. But in video project after adding video files, when I click burn it closes. I also tried making .cue image instead of burning a CD/DVD, then also it closes. To find out more about the problem, I tried running brasero from terminal to see what's the actual problem. This was the output : ** (brasero:4124): WARNING **: ERROR loading background pix : Failed to open file '/usr/share/brasero/logo.png': No such file or directory (brasero:4124): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_variant_builder_end: assertion `is_valid_builder (builder)' failed (brasero:4124): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_variant_get_type: assertion `value != NULL' failed (brasero:4124): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_variant_type_is_array: assertion `g_variant_type_check (type)' failed (brasero:4124): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_variant_get_type_string: assertion `value != NULL' failed GLib-ERROR **: g_variant_new: expected array GVariantBuilder but the built value has type `(null)' aborting...
