I'm not able to reproduce the bug ur way! The termial never gets "locked". Check my video, if it was really that what I was supposed to be doing... The first time I tried, after some ten tirals, I ended up with a black desktop, with Nautilus unable to restart and using up 100% of processor. Switching off desktop effects does not change anything.
But that's one more thing. I'm experiencing the same problem when unmounting USB sticks (I click on the arrow next to the drive's name in the Places area and Nautílus, again, crashes - or exits...). But only when I have the content of the drive displayed currently, if I'm dispaying a different folder, it doesn't happen. I didn't have this problem in the previous releases. I'm using an Asus EeePC 1000H with WinXP preinstalled. Does this not happen in ur machine? ** Attachment added: "nautilus carsh.ogv" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/665925/+attachment/1714929/+files/nautilus%20carsh.ogv -- Nautilus crashes when clicking on the right arrow of the location area if the path is too long https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/665925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
