** Description changed: Binary package hint: nautilus I have the following display setup: _ _ _ _ _ ____________________ - | | - | 3 | | - __________| | - | | 2 | - | 1 | | + 3333333333|22222222222222222222| + |3333333333|22222222222222222222| + __________|22222222222222222222| + |11111111111|22222222222222222222| + |11111111111|22222222222222222222| |__________|___________________ | - Display 1 is my laptop display and primary screen - Display 2 is a 27' display - 3 is the area where the icons are placed + The display containing 1s is my laptop display and primary screen + The display containing 2s is a 27' display + The area containing 3s are the area where the icons are placed The problem is that when using the "Organize desktop by name" command from the right click menu (on the desktop), the icons on the primary desktop(1) are moved to area 3 which is a part of the desktop that I cannot see. In order to get hold of these icons, I have to select everything (ctrl+a) and move everything down. + + Edited: had to redo the drawing due to whitespace concatenation.
