I was unaware of the menu choices presented by "right-clicking" the title bar. :( That's not a technical issue, that's a training issue.
In my opinion the "resize option" is very usable and makes this bug mute. Would usability improve if folks were encouraged to "right-click" the title bar by disabling the window border grab feature?
