Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gthumb

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 10.10
Release:        10.10

$ apt-cache policy gthumb
gthumb:
  Instalados: 3:2.11.3-2build1
  Candidato:  3:2.11.3-2build1
  Tabla de versión:
 *** 3:2.11.3-2build1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

On gthumb version 2.11.3 there is a properties pane below explorer pane
on lateral panel. If I try to hide that pane when click on an image the
pane appears again. I have realized that on gconf-editor there is a
entry called "properties-height" that always is 456. If I put a 0 there
then again is replaced by 456.

Please, make gthumb follow the number on gconf-editor or allow the
possibility of hide that pane that is the same size that the explorer.

I attach an image from the left panel with explorer pane (up) and
properties (down) that is impossible of hide.

Thanks.
