I'm just here to note the irony of the fact that in my browser (Chromium), clicking the icon on this bug tracker next to the text "This bug affects 28 people. Does this bug affect you?", in order to indicate that this bug affects me, causes a JS dialog to pop up in a position mostly off the LHS of my screen, where I can't read its contents. The dialog cannot be moved.
