Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

screen does not properly refresh when scrolled up or down when viewing
documents, right clicking restores/refreshes the screen so that the
document is not unreadable. happens when using keyboard arrows and when
using mouse scroll. it acts like part of the document moves and part of
it does not causing a overlap that mixes up the document making it
unreadable.
