Starting orca from menu doesn't work as expected. Process dies after short period of time. I can hear voice asking "Enable echo by word? Enter y or n:", but no visible dialog appears make make this choice. Launching orca from terminal produces: $ orca kill: 190: No such process Welcome to Orca setup. Enable echo by word?
