Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

I just installed the beta release of Maverick. I checked the options to
install updates during installation.

In the Ubuntu Help Center there are no words where the menu names should
be. Instead those missing character boxes with six little numbers
appear. This also happens on what I assume to be the word "search" in
the toolbar as well as in the tool-tips that hover over the back and
forward buttons.

I attached a screenshot as an example.
