Hi Pedro, I will check it again, but it repeated several times during the test. I think I have since updated to new ISO, in fact I'm sure I have. So I will retest and see if it happens still.

Looks fine here with Maverick as well. ** Changed in: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- Terminal Background Color Settings Changing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/614547 You received this bug notification because you are a direct subscriber of the bug. Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Binary package hint: gnome-utils VirtualBox OSE: Maverick A3 ISO-testing / Application Testing. Affected packages: gnome-terminal Preferences Case ID: ter-002 1. Open Applications->Accessories->Terminal 2. Click on Edit, select Profiles, select Edit and select colors. 3. Modify the colors to a different set and be sure it happens in the terminal window. 4. Set a Background Image and be sure it appears in the terminal. 5. Change the Zoom Level. 6. Close Terminal After Action-2: Changing the default colors scheme to "Black on Light Yellow", the terminal changes as it should. upon closing, & re-opening the terminal, the background color changes to "Light Grey with Black Letters". I repeated the test 3-times, same result each time. Changing the Background-Image works as expected as does the Zoom function.
