FYI, my comment in post #205 still holds. It's been over a week and the problem is completely and utterly gone for me. Has anyone else tried this workaround (or found a better way to perform it)? delaying the panels for merely three seconds (three being arbitrary; I never tried two or even one) has fixed it for me, and I see no difference in my startup.
