same with German locale: ekiga 3.2.6 on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx is untranslated, ekiga.mo is missing from /usr/share/locale- langpack/de/LC_MESSAGES/. Upstream blames Ubuntu packagers, upstream bug is RESOLVED NOTGNOME. At least the following locales have issues:
