@Dominik I just make a quick patch, see attachment.
Place this *.xml file in: /usr/share/themes/Shiki-Colors-Metacity/metacity-1 Tt's located in usr/share, so try in terminal: sudo nautilus ...to have root access to that folder above. Just select your 'Shiki-Wise' theme with the windowborder 'Shiki-Colors-Metacity'. You can reselect it to make it work or just reboot. Again this is a temporary patch.
