Good evening... I'm new to Ubuntu and to Linux in general. I'm having the same problem, only I don't have a clue on how to install gstreamer-plugins-bad and ubuntu-restricted-extras.
So far, I've only managed to learn a few basic commands on terminal. Could you instruct me?
