Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Icon View exposes wrong a11y information about the position of the
icons.

Way to reproduce:

 1. Open a folder in nautilus containing several icons
 2. Open accerciser (if not installed, install it by 'sudo apt-get install
accerciser')
 3. Browse the accessibility information for that folder
 4. Accerciser, when navigating through the widgets, it highlights them in red.
When selecting any icon, instead of highlighting the icon, it highlights an
area on the top left of the icon. It seems like the position is not being
correctly exposed.

One of the problems with this, from a QA point of view, is that we
cannot create automated test for this interface
