I have made fresh install and it worked as expected: I press search in Nautilus and makes search in current folder and it's subfolders. Then I have noticed tracker was not installed. So I have installed tracker.
Funny enough first couple times it was searching as expected, then old problems started. Eve worse, I get error, if I try manually select the location. See attached picture1.png. So end result, Search from Nautilus does not work with Tracker at all for me.
