Can you please provide exact steps to reproduce? I can't quite get the
exact behaviour. Here is what I did
1) Open epiphany & start download
2) Close epiphany window
3) notification icon is still there and download dialog is still here
4) closed download dialot, notification icon is still here
5) download completed and application auto-run started (archiver in my case
cause i was downloading tarball)
6) closed the archiver app which was holding references to temp file
7) waited a few momements
8) downloader notification icon disappeared
Also are you using gwget extension by any chance? or are you using
epiphany's default "basic" downloader?
