There is one bug that's been following me since Breezy (I'm not sure if you want me to open a new bug). To actually syncronize, I need to open the gnome-pilot applet, try to syncronize (it never does the first time), kill "gnome-pilot" and "gpilotd", open the applet again, and only then it will sycronize. This happens every single time.
