I am having this problem (or similar) when trying to make a 1:1 disc image copy on 10.04.
Basically I was told the system was missing toc2cue and cdrdao, and that they had to be installed manually. I installed cdrdao OK but for toc2cue I get this message from console: 'Couldn't find any package whose name or description matched "toc2cue"'. Upon attempting to do a 1:1 disc image copy after that I get the message: "All required applications and libraries are not installed. Please install the following manually and try again:" but there are no dependencies listed now.
