Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

movie images appear, but no sound comes out. I failed to connect to
internet when I first try out to open my mp4 file, and the UBUNTU
reported to get plug ins, and the program seemed to be hung up as not
responding. I turminated the program, and rebute the computer, and
tried to get the plug ins. The installing program re-started, from the
half way counts, and completed. When I tried to open mp4 files, the
movie stream was working, but no sound come out. How can I fix this
problem. I cannot get the automatic guiding installing instruction for
the necessary plug-ins again as it starts showing the moving picture,
but no sound. Two kinds of add-ins were came out on the screen when I
first tried, but no more. Please advise me how to fix or re-install
this. Thanks.
