System -> Preferences -> Appearance Theme tab Click on some of them. Mouse pointer changes to the Default pointer, not to the one associated to the Theme.
Then click on Customize... Pointer tab Change the pointer to anyone but the one that is selected. The mouse ponter immediately becomes that one. You can change it back to the one that was selected, and it will become active. However the custom theme is replaced by the theme you just chose plus a difference in the mouse pointer setting. ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => New -- Mouse pointer is not set when a theme is chosen https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571150 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
