Ubuntu One does not use WebDAV to sync with Tomboy. If you want to sync Tomboy with U1, please follow the instructions: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Tutorials/Notes If you really want to use WebDAV to sync instead of one of the other backends, then install wdfs.
