For me, some of the pages of document posted in #52 are anti-aliased with the patch in Lucid, and some of the pages in that same document are not.
I haven't found any other PDF file like that in my collection of many hundreds of PDF files (I didn't try all of them, just several arbitrarily chosen groups of different PDF files).
