Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
The location window is missing from nautilus along with the button on the left side to choose the option. Now there are only Location Buttions. You can't cut and paste these. In the past you could switch it and get the full path of a folder that could be cut and pasted into a text file or folder. For Example - Location: /User-Data/gb-data/gpodder-downloads The above path would be displayed in a window. Now all get is buttons like: <User-Datga> <gb-data> <gpodder-data> This is an extreme step backwards to have it missing as you can't cut and paste ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: nautilus 1:2.30.0-0ubuntu3 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-18.27-generic 2.6.32.10+drm33.1 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-18-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Mar 31 13:09:03 2010 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/nautilus InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Beta i386 (20100318) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: nautilus XsessionErrors: (polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:1489): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 lucid -- Location window option is missing from nautilus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/552932 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
