Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I have an mp3 player (Nokia XpressMusic 5800) with the following
.is_audio_player file:

audio_folders=Music/

folder_depth=2

output_formats=audio/mpeg

When dragging ogg vorbis files to it in Rhythmbox nothing happens unless
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse is installed. Once this package is
installed, rhythmbox transcodes files perfectly.

Rhythmbox should not simply do nothing if this package is not installed.
Instead it should present the user with a similar dialogue to that
presented when the user tries to play an mp3 file for the first time on
a fresh install. It should explain that mp3 is not a free format and
that gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse is required and offer to
install it, but warn that it is illegal in some countries.

Using latest version of Lucid.
