Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

In previous versions of Ubuntu by default, in "add to panel" there
existed a Keyboard Indicator panel. This is used by users to access
preferences for switching between different languages. It seems to have
disappeared in Ubuntu 10.04 beta.

The problem with this is that a user can now no longer see what language
is currently set where as before they could look at the keyboard
indicator panel.
