Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

In the System menu, the icons for the Preferences and Administration
menus are removed, but if you add the Control Center, it still has an
icon.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click on menus
2. Choose Edit Menus
3. Select System and then on right check the box for Control Center.

Expected result:
The new Control Center in the System menu should not have an icon displayed.
