Binary package hint: gnome-nettool

i have replaced windows vista with UBUNTU 9.10. everything works except
Broadcom  BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN. the OS is not picking it up and i
can't even switch on. i seem to be missing the drivers. hp 530 laptop.
