Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

When I click the Add button in User Settings, nothing happens, I'm not
even presented with an authorization dialog. The only error indication I
can find is that on starting, the application outputs the following
string to stderr:

(users-admin:2641): Liboobs-WARNING **: There was an unknown error
communicating asynchronously with the backends: Malformed message was
sent

I can't perform any other actions either, such as deleting users or
administer groups.
