One way to reproduce in Gutsy Tribe 5 with latest updates:
1. Open VLC and switch Interface to "Skins 2"
2. Open the Playlist window and add some media files
3. Now click the "Save current playlist" button on the Playlist window
4. Choose the playlist format as .m3u
5. Choose location to save playlist and give it a name and click "Save"
There is no "Save" button at all in this dialog but only "Open" and one
cannot be able to save playlist.
