Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I have had this issue before, in prior versions.

The issue can be reproduced by connecting to an account on a Microsoft
Exchange 2003 server. The behavior is sporadic, as some emails tend to
come in just fine. The problem is with the others that show up in
Evolution with no data; thus they end up at the bottom of my inbox,
unsorted.

The one common factor that i found is that all of these emails showing
up without data are internal messages, sent by other staff.
