You have been subscribed to a public bug: The latest update breaks unmounting and ejecting of FUSE filesystems; the action succeeds but Nautilus crashes immediately after. As all nautilus processes are handed over to the main nautilus process (the console quits to the prompt), I can't see any console output and don't know much more (what signal it quit with, etc). Running sudo nautilus isn't very useful either; though it keeps as a separate process no FUSE filesystems are listed.
