It actually depends on the trailer you try. in karmic , the user-agent trick made most of them work. But now Apple added onother check on reported QT version through javascript. however the Totem QT plugin is well made so it reports a recent version. So it should work ..

( a bit like france2.fr ..) Maybe they want to force windows user to install Ithunes even if they had for exemple a working plugin such as VLC.
