which are impossible to extract using "file-roller"

  Binary package hint: file-roller
  
- Fileroller can not extract archive with non standard letters.
+ Fileroller can not extract archive with "Slavic/Central European Windows
+ (CP1250)" letters.
  
  To reproduce this bug, try to create archive with files with non
  standard letters names under MS Windows (for example by using 7-zip).
  
  After that run Ubuntu (file roller) and try to extract this archive.
  
  I attached the example of the archive (with empty files) which cause
  problems.
