Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
Using Ubuntu 9.10 version 2.6.31.19.32 on i386. The latest printer driver, 3.9.12, is installed The printer is connected to the computer by a usb cable. Alternatively, ethernet/network is available, but not currently activated. This HP Photosmart C4385 printer is also used by Windows XP (installed on a separate hard drive). When I do a fresh install of the printer it prints multiple pages the first time, but will only print pages one and two of the next and all subsequent jobs. The Document Status box shows the failed job/s as "Processing" In the Error Log, the stoppage explanation is "Unable to cue job for destination............( printer name)" The printer cannot be turned off other than by disconnecting from power. It is resettable by disconnecting/re-connecting the usb connection. How do I enable normal multi-page printing?
