I noticed this issue with users-admin in the case I changed my password with a similar one.
Trying with passwd from the console I get: #~$ passwd Changing password for max. (current) UNIX password: Enter new UNIX password: Retype new UNIX password: Bad: new password must be different than the old one Enter new UNIX password: .... Trying with users-admin the button goes grey and just stays there waiting.
